The Service offers AI-powered generators, editors, and analyzers designed for developers, video creators, marketers, writers, and designers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Pingbolt Cloud reserves the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason at any time.
User Accounts
- To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

This includes improving our AI models.
- You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
- We may remove User Content at our discretion if it violates these Terms.
- Do not submit confidential or sensitive information as User Content, as we cannot guarantee its security.
Generated Content and Intellectual Property
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs such as text, code, designs, or analyses based on your inputs (“Generated Content”). You own the Generated Content you create, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the AI models and Service.
For names, ideas, or suggestions generated by the Service, you may use them for your purposes. However, you must independently verify that such Generated Content does not infringe existing trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Pingbolt Cloud disclaims any responsibility for trademark conflicts arising from Generated Content.
- Generated Content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases inherent to AI systems.
- You agree not to use Generated Content in ways that violate laws, including those related to copyright, privacy, or defamation.
- Pingbolt Cloud retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, AI models, and any underlying technology. No use of the Service grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.

Fees and Payment

For subscription plans, they auto-renew unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal via your account settings.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Pingbolt Cloud may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms or for business reasons, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the Service. Sections intended to survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

- AI-generated outputs may not be accurate, reliable, or suitable for critical applications. Always verify and test Generated Content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
- Pingbolt Cloud is not liable for decisions made based on Generated Content.
Your use of third-party links or integrations is at your own risk; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pingbolt Cloud, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

Indemnification
